What I have been doing: Indulging post my juice cleanse at a local French Bistro. Yes, I know, counterproductive. Literally going from famine to feast with this yo-yo dieting. It’s not unlike property is it? An undulating site with steep contours or slopes is not ideal. Give me a level block any day!

What I have been reading:Sifting through applications from students applying for mentorship. Their goal? An ambitious $250K in property in 12 months, with a short-term target of $100K before Christmas. Some great applicants. They say every story has a hero and every hero has a story. I’m really honoured to potentially play a part in their hero’s journey.

What I have been crafting: “Game On” – a live 2-day event at the Hilton, Sydney on 7th and 8th October. While one-day events were a nice local reunion at our Property Maverick’s tour last month, this is business. The mission? Achieving that $100K before we sing Christmas carols, all with no money down.

What I have been pondering on:The paradox of fear. We fear failure so we don’t have a go yet if we don’t start we’ve already failed!
