What I have been watching: I revisited “The Theory of Everything,” and was once again blown away by the depiction of Stephen Hawking’s life and his battle with ALS. It left me thinking about Hawking’s profound words, “However bad life may seem, there is always something you can do, and succeed at. It matters that you don’t just give up.” These words act as a gentle reminder of the incredible resilience we humans are capable of.

What I have been thinking about: I have found myself reflecting on Seneca’s famous quote, “Ignorance is the cause of fear.” In a world that sometimes feels consumed by fear and uncertainty, these ancient words ring true. It should remind us that understanding, knowledge, and learning can dispel fear and open up a world of possibilities.

What I have been reading: This week, I’ve been engrossed in Ryan Diess’ and John Jantch’s “Ultimate Marketing Engine.” It’s a fascinating read for anyone interested in the mechanics of successful marketing in a noisy and changing landscape offering practical insights for creating customer-centric marketing strategies. This book is my new go to resource, shedding light on how to align what a business delivers with customers’ needs and desires.

What I have been eating: I decided to don my baking hat and tried my hand at baking a classic French dessert, Tarte Tatin. It’s an upside-down tart filled with caramelised apples, and the end result was quite delightful if I do say so myself! The perfect treat for a winter evening. I love easy stuff that looks hard and impresses people!

PS: We released a new podcast this week, it is a ROOMING HOME CASE STUDY and features Property Lovers Expert on this subject! You can listen to them all now on Apple, Spotify, Youtube, our Website or wherever you find your podcasts, you don’t want to miss it.
