What I have been doing: Cooking Classes. That’s right foodie friends! Some might be offended if their family gifted them cooking classes for Mother’s Day but not me.  Cooking is my zen; it’s like mindfulness and meditation all wrapped up in deliciousness. This cooking school is at The Cannery in Rosebery – an impressive transformation of an old factory into a culinary hub – I’m always on the lookout for property trends and I gotta say, my spidey senses were tingling with all the gentrification out that way! Anyhoo … this week, it was all about Spanish cuisine – I mastered paella and churros. Look out!

What I have been interested in: Tiny Homes. I think these pocket-sized wonders could be an absolute game changer, and here’s why. Imagine simplifying your life, stripping away all the unnecessary clutter, and just focusing on what really matters. That’s the essence of the tiny home movement. They’re eco-friendly, cost-efficient, and perfect for those seeking a more minimalist lifestyle. Plus, they’re really cute, right? From bespoke interior designs to the freedom of mobility, tiny homes are a symbol of innovation meeting necessity. So, keep an eye out! In this ever-evolving world, going small might just be the next big thing

What I have been focused on: Last weekend I went to the Tiny Homes Expo in Sydney and, OMG, I was gobsmacked! The place was buzzing, showing just how eager people are to hop onto this mini-home bandwagon. It was an eye-opener, clearly indicating a ripe market and heaps of opportunities for property lovers out there. I mean, the potential is palpable. It’s got me thinking—how about a tiny homes course to dive deeper into this trend? Stay tuned, because something exciting is brewing here ….

What I have been thinking about: The power of perspective. Life is a bit like a kaleidoscope. The same set of pieces can create an infinite number of images, each as beautiful and unique as the last. It’s all about how we choose to turn and view it. Embracing this mindset allows us to transform our challenges into opportunities, and our setbacks into stepping stones. It’s our perspective that shapes our reality. I just have to keep reminding myself to adjust my kaleidoscope to see the beauty in every twist and turn of life 😊e to see people achieving their goals and building their wealth through property!

PS: We released a new podcast episode, it is A Sit Down With Property Lover and expert Lisa to run us through how Government Grants incentivise Property Developers. You can listen to it on Apple, Spotify, Youtube, our Website or wherever you find your podcasts, you don’t want to miss it.
