What I have been doing: Celebrating my 22nd wedding anniversary. Went on a “mini-break” to the Central Coast. A beautiful part of the world to recharge – as Earl Wilson said “A break is what you take when you can no longer take what you’ve been taking”.

What I have been watching: The annual French film festival at the Avoca Beach Cinema. On Saturday I watched “Robust” with Gerard Depardieu. I just like the fact that French films aren’t sentimental or contrived with the usual predictable resolution of a Hollywood ending!

What I have been focused on: Building live challenges – for the whole month of May we will be running live 5 day challenges on different property topics every week with free software so you can participate and actively learn by doing it all with us. You just need to give us an hour of your focus each day! Last week we had a 5 day rooming house challenge and coming up this week is our Distressed Discounts Challenge where you will be finding, feaso’ing, funding and formulating offers on distressed properties.

What I have been interested in: AI. I know I keep banging on about it but I am blown away by the power, speed and THREAT that A.I. and robots pose to the status quo. The disruption is inevitable but for those who are smart and keep our eyes on the horizon for what is next, this is a really exciting time to live through because massive wealth is on the way. You can either fear it or embrace it. Most economists believe that in the next five years, artificial intelligence robots and software will replace at least 50% of jobs – Fail to plan and you plan to fail!!
