What I have been focused on: Championing disruption! I get so frustrated with our nanny state and I love it that technology and AI have made everything more accessible and transparent – less red tape and more people power. Change will always be accompanied with discomfort – even change for the better – especially when people have a lot to lose and a vested interest in defending the status quo. There’s so much coming in the world of proptech that will transform the way we do property and make some industries obsolete. Exciting times … watch this space as we scale up the power of Fast Property – new features and functionality coming thick and fast. Check out the letter writing function since the last update. What I am watching: The property market in my area of expertise. Not sure if it’s just me but prices have gone UP! I know the stats say they have dropped more than 15% but 2023 is more expensive than the boom of 2021 in my area – hence the letters!

What I have been worried about: Ticks! I have two new puppies and it’s like having infants again. Spent an agonising two hour wait after a 10 pm dash to the emergency vet with a floppy puppy – I thought he was just until I couldn’t even rouse him from his afternoon nap to have dinner. That’s what you get with Sydney summers living next to a national park.

What I have been doing: Sending out letters. 124 of them to be precise! Loving the new Fast Property mailing house function. Literally took under 5 minutes to get all my letters out. Now I can have the rest of the day off!
